Attempting to abuse or circumvent bonus terms — including through multi-accounting, matched betting exploitation, or collusion — will result in bonus cancellation and account review.

Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for deposits wherever technically possible.
pakpkr reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that is subsequently found to have been manipulated, incorrectly priced due to a manifest error, or placed using information not available to the general public. Any winnings derived from obvious errors in odds will not be honoured.
pakpkr provides deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options to all account holders. These tools are accessible from within your account settings at any time. Players who self-exclude cannot re-register or use alternative accounts during the exclusion period.

Each individual may hold only one pakpkr account at any given time. Operating multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is strictly prohibited. Indicators of multi-accounting include but are not limited to: shared device identifiers, shared IP addresses, shared payment methods, matching identity documents, or matching contact information. Where multiple accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended and balances forfeited.
You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of pakpkr. The Operator reserves the right to request re-verification of your details at any time. Providing false registration information — including a false name, date of birth, or contact details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. pakpkr will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify pakpkr support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
You may request the closure of your pakpkr account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to applicable KYC checks.
pakpkr accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL online banking, UBL online banking, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast instant payment, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Refusal to provide such evidence may result in account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposits on the same account, wherever technically supported. pakpkr does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
All bets placed on pakpkr are binding once confirmed by the platform. It is your responsibility to verify the details of any bet — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming placement. pakpkr does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by the player.
The Operator reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human input mistake — regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.
Placing bets based on inside information, match-fixing arrangements, or any other form of corrupt activity is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law. pakpkr actively monitors betting patterns for integrity anomalies and cooperates fully with relevant sporting authorities and law enforcement agencies in relation to such investigations.
Maximum payout limits per event, per market, and per day apply to all sports betting markets on pakpkr. Current limits are displayed within the sportsbook interface. The Operator reserves the right to limit the stake accepted from any individual player on any market at its sole discretion.
All casino games available on pakpkr are operated by third-party software providers licensed under applicable gaming regulations. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested for fairness and statistical integrity.

Bonus funds and winnings derived from free bets are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds conditions, and time limits are specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Real-money funds deposited into your account are always used before bonus funds when placing bets.
Any attempt to exploit bonuses through multi-accounting, collusion with other players, systematic matched betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other method deemed by the Operator to constitute abuse will result in the cancellation of all bonus balances, voiding of associated winnings, and permanent suspension of the account. Bonus funds that are not wagered within the time limit specified in the relevant promotion will expire and be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonus funds are non-recoverable. pakpkr will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pakpkr. Breach of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:
pakpkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where the Operator has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is occurring.
Upon permanent account closure initiated by the Operator for cause (including but not limited to fraud, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct), any real-money balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. The Operator's determination of whether closure is for cause is final, subject to any appeal process offered through the platform's dispute resolution procedure.
Accounts may also be suspended pending investigation where unusual activity, potential money laundering, or identity discrepancies are detected. During a suspension period, the player may be unable to access their account, place bets, or process withdrawals. pakpkr will communicate the reason for suspension and the expected investigation timeline where it is safe and lawful to do so.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pakpkr platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without prior written authorisation from the Operator.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pakpkr and the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial or financial loss.
The Operator's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of pakpkr, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pakpkr does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical malfunctions. Scheduled maintenance, network failures, and circumstances beyond the Operator's reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability. The Operator will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and communicate planned maintenance in advance.
The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by pakpkr is governed by the pakpkr Privacy Policy, which forms part of and should be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pakpkr collects personal data including identity documents, contact information, financial transaction records, and device and usage data in order to operate the platform, fulfil regulatory obligations, process payments, prevent fraud, and provide customer support. Data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
